Spectra is the latest fabric innovation from Luxaflex Australia. Spectra is a new premium fibreglass external sunscreen mesh which is constructed using a twill weaving technique. This technique produces highly durable fabrics with elegant diagonal patterns.
Spectra uses a fibreglass yarn with Enduris Glass Core Technology, which makes it incredibly strong, durable and stable. The combination of the fibreglass yarn, the twill weaving and the glass core makes Spectra highly resistant to changes in temperature. This means significantly less expanding & contracting with the heat & cold, making it exceptionally stable.
Spectra is the fabric of choice for the new Evo MagnaTrack Awning. It is also available for any fabric awning we manufacture (except for the Folding Arm Awnings).
